What the service includes
Treatment is targeted to entry points, the exterior perimeter, and active problem areas around the home.
Treat interior and garage baseboards and entry points with liquid product and glue traps.
Apply a liquid barrier around eaves, doors, windows, and 3 feet up the foundation.
Extend a granular barrier 5 feet out using 2 lbs of granules.
Remove spider webs and wasp nests with a 24-foot brush pole.
Spot treat the yard 30 feet around the home for ant mounds.
Spray fence lines and landscaping around the perimeter.
Treat sidewalk and driveway cracks and crevices.
Cover interior mice with glue boards, bait boxes, and snap traps.
What to expect after treatment
The liquid barrier is not a wall. Pests can cross it and die 48-72 hours later, so the plan does not promise immediate control.
Re-service warranty
You may see increased activity for 7-10 days after a service. That means the products are working. If it persists past 10 days, we come back free. Ants can take several treatments. Fire ants can take 90+ days, with colonies up to 200,000 ants and tunnels 25 feet out.
