Harborage Inspection
We inspect kitchens, bathrooms, and appliance voids with a flashlight and mirror to map exactly where the roaches are hiding and how heavy the pressure is.
Gel Bait and IGR Placement
Advion gel bait goes into cracks, hinges, and harborage points where roaches feed. Gentrol Point Source IGR stations stop the survivors from reproducing.
Void and Crack Treatment
Delta Dust is applied inside wall voids, behind outlets, and under appliances, the places sprays and bombs never reach.
Follow-Up Until Clear
We come back 2-3 weeks later to re-bait and measure the drop-off. Heavy infestations get additional visits until activity is gone.
Why Store-Bought Sprays Fail
German roaches have developed resistance to most over-the-counter insecticides. Foggers and bombs scatter them deeper into walls and appliances, spreading the infestation instead of ending it.

What You May See After Treatment
